1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Glowgenic ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website www.glowgenic.co, placing an order, or using any of our services, you ("customer," "user," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase from us.

Glowgenic is a skincare brand owned and operated in Pakistan, and all transactions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Pakistani law.
  • You are not prohibited from purchasing or receiving our products under any applicable law.

3. Products & Descriptions

  • We make every effort to display our products, colors, ingredients, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color or packaging may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing updates.
  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice.
  • All skincare products sold on Glowgenic are dermatologist tested and intended for external use only.
  • Results may vary from person to person. Glowgenic does not guarantee specific skincare outcomes.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
  • We accept the following payment methods:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available nationwide across Pakistan
    • Online bank transfer / debit card / credit card (where applicable)
    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash (where applicable)
  • Glowgenic reserves the right to cancel any order where payment is not received or verified.

5. Orders & Order Confirmation

  • Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase a product.
  • An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
    • Pricing errors
    • Stock unavailability
    • Suspected fraudulent activity
    • Incomplete or incorrect delivery information
  • In the event of cancellation, any payment made will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan via our courier partners.
  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location.
  • Free shipping is available on all orders above PKR 2,000.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:
    • Public holidays
    • Weather conditions
    • Remote area accessibility
    • Courier delays beyond our control
  • Glowgenic is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order has been dispatched.
  • A tracking number will be shared with you upon dispatch.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD orders must be paid in full in cash at the time of delivery.
  • Refusing a COD delivery without a valid reason may result in your account being flagged and future COD orders being restricted.
  • Repeated COD refusals may result in being blocked from placing future orders on our platform.
  • Glowgenic reserves the right to verify COD orders via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos/video of the product and packaging
    • A brief description of the issue
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
    • Product received is damaged or defective
    • Wrong product delivered
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Change of mind
    • Opened or used products (unless defective)
    • Products not purchased directly from glowgenic.co
  • Approved returns will be exchanged or refunded at our discretion.
  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of approval.

9. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for approved return/exchange cases or cancelled orders where payment was made in advance.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • COD orders are not eligible for cash refunds unless a product is confirmed defective or incorrect.
  • Glowgenic reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

10. Skincare Disclaimer & Patch Test Advisory

  • All Glowgenic products are formulated for external use only.
  • We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
  • Glowgenic is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or adverse effects resulting from:
    • Failure to perform a patch test
    • Use of the product contrary to instructions
    • Pre-existing skin conditions
    • Use of the product in combination with other skincare products not recommended by us
  • If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist.
  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on glowgenic.co — including but not limited to logos, brand name, product images, descriptions, graphics, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Glowgenic.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
  • Unauthorized use of our brand assets or content may result in legal action under Pakistani intellectual property laws.

12. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Place fake or malicious orders
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our website or systems
  • Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or representatives

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law:

  • Glowgenic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • We are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, in the city where Glowgenic is registered.
